  • I am an EMDRIA-approved Certified EMDR therapist. I utilized proven strategies to work with clients in an ethical, uplifting, and professional manner.

Attachment-Focused EMDR (AF-EMDR) for clients whose trauma is rooted in early relationships, emotional neglect, inconsistent caregiving, abuse, or childhood attachment wounds.

AF-EMDR is especially supportive for LGBTQ+ clients, survivors of religious trauma, those healing from shame-based and high-control environments, and anyone whose early relationships shaped limiting beliefs about their worth or identity.

I utilize Parts Work exploration, which is grounded in approaches like Internal Family Systems (IFS) and ego-state therapy. Together, we explore the various parts of yourself to help identify needs, struggles, wounds and use this in EMDR and talk therapy to help address your wants and goals.

  • I provide neurodivergent-affirming therapy for Autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD clients.

I recognize the strengths, sensory needs, communication styles, and processing differences that are part of being neurodivergent.

We will work on coping and life skills to help you reach your personal goals that align with your values and lifestyle while honoring the way your mind and body work. This space is for you to feel understood, accepted, and supported—exactly as you are.

Work with me

Heal the past. Reclaim your life.

EMDR is an evidence-based therapy that helps your brain reprocess trauma in a healthier, more adaptive way. It supports relief from distressing memories, overwhelming emotions, and uncomfortable body sensations — without needing to retell every detail.

EMDR can help reduce symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, depression, religious trauma, identity-based trauma, shame, and more. It can help you feel more grounded, connected, and integrated within yourself, your relationships, and the world around you.

I specialize in supporting LGBTQIA+ clients, neurodivergent individuals (ADHD, autistic, AuDHD), trauma survivors, and anyone raised in fear-based or high-control environments. Many of my clients come in feeling stuck, ashamed, overstimulated, disconnected from themselves, or still living in survival mode. EMDR helps loosen that grip so you can build self-worth, reconnect to your values, and live a more aligned, confident, and empowered life.

  • Talk Therapy

I offer traditional talk therapy to help you work through challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, shame, parts work, communication issues, and boundary-setting. Our sessions create space for reflection, insight, and emotional processing in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment.

I take a collaborative approach, often providing optional “homework” to help you apply what we explore in therapy to your daily life. This may include worksheets, journal prompts, books, podcasts, or videos tailored to your goals. Together, we build tools and strategies that support your healing both inside and outside the therapy room.
