EMDRIA Certified EMDR Therapy
Attachment-Focused EMDR
Trauma therapy, Parts Work
I am an EMDRIA-approved Certified EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapist. I utilized proven strategies to work with clients in an ethical, uplifting, and professional manner.
Attachment-Focused EMDR (AF-EMDR) for clients whose trauma is rooted in early relationships, emotional neglect, inconsistent caregiving, abuse, or childhood attachment wounds.
AF-EMDR is especially supportive for LGBTQ+ clients, survivors of religious trauma, those healing from shame-based and high-control environments, and anyone whose early relationships shaped limiting beliefs about their worth or identity.
I utilize Parts Work exploration, which is grounded in approaches like Internal Family Systems (IFS) and ego-state therapy. Together, we explore the various parts of yourself to help identify needs, struggles, wounds and use this in EMDR and talk therapy to help address your wants and goals.
I offer trauma-focused therapy for individuals who are healing from acute trauma, childhood trauma, complex PTSD, religious trauma, and identity-based trauma. Using EMDR and Attachment-Focused EMDR, we work together to process stuck memories, reduce emotional overwhelm, and help your mind and body feel safe again. EMDR can work even if you don’t remember what happened to you.
Many clients look for trauma therapy because they feel constantly on edge, disconnected from themselves, or stuck in old patterns they can’t seem to change.

Queer therapy from a queer therapist. I provide affirming therapy for LGBTQ+, trans, nonbinary, and gender-diverse clients seeking emotional support, identity exploration, gender dysphoria support, or trauma recovery. My space is fully inclusive and celebrates the diversity of queer experience.
Whether you’re coming out, questioning, exploring your gender, or healing from invalidation, you are welcome here.
My work is grounded in anti-oppressive, feminist, anti-racist, anti-ableist, and pro-liberation values. This means therapy honors your lived experiences, relationships, identities, and the systemic contexts that shape your life.

I provide gender-affirming letters for transgender, nonbinary, and gender-nonconforming clients who need documentation for gender dysphoria medical care, surgery, HRT, name or gender marker changes, or insurance requirements.
My approach is respectful, affirming, and collaborative. My role is to support you, understand your goals, and provide the documentation you need with dignity and compassion.
Insurance-Compliant & WPATH-Aligned
Letters are written to meet the standards required by: WPATH Standards of Care, Insurance companies, Medical providers and surgical teams, and State and federal requirements
Quick, Supportive, No Gatekeeping
I aim to keep the process as simple and empowering as possible. If you’re already in therapy with me, we can integrate your goals directly into our work. If you only need an assessment and letter, I offer dedicated gender-affirming letter sessions that are focused, respectful, and efficient.
If you have questions about what you need for your insurance or medical team, I’m here to help you navigate the process.
I provide gender-affirming letters of support for clients seeking HRT, top surgery, bottom surgery, or other legal, personal, or medical reasons.
Therapy can also support you through all phases of transition, including social transition, emotional processing, identity development, navigating relationships, and coping with reactions from others.

I provide neurodivergent-affirming therapy for Autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD clients.
I recognize the strengths, sensory needs, communication styles, and processing differences that are part of being neurodivergent. I offer support with burnout, task paralysis, rejection sensitivity, overwhelm, and communication issues
We will work on coping and life skills to help you reach your personal goals that align with your values and lifestyle while honoring the way your mind and body work. This space is for you to feel understood, accepted, and supported—exactly as you are.
As a neurodivergent therapist, I offer a validating and non-pathologizing environment for Autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD clients. Therapy focuses on reducing burnout, understanding your sensory needs, supporting executive functioning, and building a life that fits your neurotype—not neurotypical expectations.
Together, we address masking, rejection sensitivity, task paralysis, emotional intensity, overwhelm, and communication differences. We also work on values-based living, building routines that work for your brain, and unlearning shame around neurodivergence.

I offer traditional talk therapy to help you work through challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, shame, parts work, communication issues, and boundary-setting. Our sessions create space for reflection, insight, and emotional processing in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment.
I take a collaborative approach, often providing optional “homework” to help you apply what we explore in therapy to your daily life. This may include worksheets, journal prompts, books, podcasts, or videos tailored to your goals. Together, we build tools and strategies that support your healing both inside and outside the therapy room.
I work with clients who are navigating anxiety, depression, chronic stress, and emotional overwhelm. Therapy may include grounding skills, mindfulness, values-based action, nervous system regulation, and processing the underlying triggers that fuel distress.
Sessions may include exploring patterns, understanding emotions, building healthy boundaries, improving communication skills, and strengthening your relationship with yourself.
Clients often come to me when they feel stuck, exhausted, overstimulated, or unsure how to move forward. Together, we build coping tools that reduce symptoms while exploring the deeper emotional patterns beneath them.
